The venue of U-19 World Cup 2020
The ICC U-19 World Cup 2020 is an international limited-overs cricket tournament which is currently being held in South Africa from 17 January to 9 February 2020. It is the thirteenth edition of the Under-19 Cricket World Cup, and the second to be held in South Africa.
As many as 16 teams are taking part in the tournament this time, which have been split into four groups of four. The top two teams from each group will play in the Super League, with the bottom two teams in each group progressing to the Plate League. India is the defending champion.
Total of 48 matches will be played before a champion team lifts the trophy. The hosts have started the proceedings against Afghanistan in the tournament’s opener.
