AAP is the governing party that experienced the prodigious achievement by triumphing 67 out of 70 Assembly seats, the BJP won three seats and Congress drew none. Aam Aadmi Party composed the majority government and Arvind Kejriwal became the Chief Minister of Delhi. The AAP party will presumably be imitating most of the previous candidates this year.

The list of presumed contenders of BJP will also be released soon.

These names will be considered for the selection of the contenders. The election committee will table the final list of the contenders to the BJP leadership and then the first list of contenders will be announced around January 18.

The Congress party’s process of scrutinising the candidates is afoot. The first list of the contenders of the Congress party is projected to promulgate before the nominations starting on January 14.
