Kushal Tandon, the popular Indian model and actor, celebrated his 35th birthday on 28 March this year. He is best known for his character of ‘Virat Singh Vadhera’ in the serial Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai and ‘Arjun Sharma’ in the serial Beyhadh. Kushal Tandon was born on 28 March 1985 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. His father is Billu Tandon, who owns a transport and oil business and is also the President of Transport Union in Uttar Pradesh. His mother is Sandhya Tandon. He has two elder sisters Tina Tandon and Bhavana Tandon. He is the grandson of Lalji Tandon who currently serves as the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
Kushal attended the Scindia School in Gwalior, Uttar Pradesh and graduated from Hans Raj College in New Delhi.

Kushal became a matter of controversy in the online and social media for causing physical assault to VJ Andy, who was his co-contestant in Big Boss Season – 7. An indecent comment that Andy made on his then-girlfriend Gauhar Khan’s lingerie prompted Kushal for this assault. Andy was evicted on Day 101 of the show and Gauhar became the winner of the show.
