Gurmeet Choudhary, the Indian Indian film actor, television personality, dancer and martial artist celebrated his 33rd Birthday on 22nd February 2020 by cutting the cake with his wife Debina Bonnerjee. The actor has invited journalists and photographers for the party held in Mumbai. Gurmeet has cut a handful of cakes with the media and was caught in candid moments with his wife Debina on the occasion.
As part of his birthday celebration, Gurmeet has cut a cake which says ‘Wife and Well’ which is expected to be a hint that he has been approached by Zee Studios for a thriller title The Wife.
Gurmeet Choudhary Biography
Gurmeet Choudhary was born on 22nd February 1987 in Chandigarh, India to Sitaram Choudhary and Anmol Choudhary. His hometown is at Bhagalpur in Bihar. He has a brother Gangaram Choudhary who is a doctor. As his father Sitaram Choudhary was a Subedar-major, he along with his family got to stay in different parts of India including Jabalpur and Chennai. He studied mostly at Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh. On 11th February 2011, he got married to actress Debina Bonnerjee who portrayed Sita in the 2008 television series Ramayan, while he portrayed Rama.
Gurmeet along with Debina Bonnerjee participated in the TV reality show Pati Patni Aur Woh in 2009 and dance reality show Nach Baliye 6 in 2013 and become the first runner-up with his wife Debina Bonnerjee. His Hindi serial debut was in Jaya TV’s Mayavi. He also contested in action reality show Jhalak Dhikhhla Ja with choreographer Shampa Sonthalia in 2012 and he was the winner of the season.
Gurmeet had an interest in acting since his childhood and used to play in dramas at school. He has participated in the ‘Mr. India’ competition and also won the title of ‘Mr Jabalpur’. He is a trained dancer from choreographer Shiamak Davar’s dance academy in Mumbai. He is a ‘Black Belt’ in Karate and is passionate about doing an action film to perform his martial arts skills.
